motor trouble

hey ive been having problems with my car for about a month now. it is hard 2 start and the it wont start at all when its warmed up. it doesnt idle unless its cold. overall the car is running crappy and its only makin 6-7 pounds of boost. i changed the plugs and it didnt help any. also the car is running very rich and shakes alot. and my secondary turbo blows air out the intake tube then pulls air alittle bit. the intake tubes and intercooler tubes r very hot. i need all the help i can get finding out what the problem could be.
